James Bradford (weightlifter)

James Edward Bradford (Jim Bradford) ( born November 1, 1928 in Washington, † September 13, 2013 in Silver Spring, Maryland, United States) was an American weightlifter.

Life

Jim Bradford began in 1944 in New York with the weight lifting and was a member of the famous York Barbell Club, which was managed by the mentor of American weightlifting this time, Bob Hoffman and Thomas Kono belonged. In 1950, he won the U.S. Junior Championship in 1951 and launched for the first time in 1960 for the last time at an international championship.
