James Broderick
James Wilke Broderick ( born March 7, 1927 in Charlestown, New Hampshire, USA, † November 1, 1982 in New Haven, Connecticut, USA ) was an American actor. He was the father of Matthew Broderick.
Since 1950 he has performed in film and television roles. In Germany it was mainly as a family man " Doug Lawrence " in the television series An American Family (filmed 1976-1980, broadcast in 1979 -1981 in the first program of the ARD ) is known.
James Broderick died at the age of 55 years to cancer.
