James Callis

James Callis ( born June 4, 1971 in London, England ) is a British actor.

Life

James Callis comes from a middle-class; his parents own a bed and breakfast in Baker Street in London, on the same street, in which also the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

Callis studied English and literature at the University of York and graduated in 1993 with a bachelor's degree. He then attended the three-year course at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, graduating in 1996.

Shortly thereafter, Callis was the first film and TV services that initially were limited to England. But from 2000, when he a supporting role in Arabian Nights - got adventure from 1001, also followed the film offers from the United States.
