James Cox (director)

James Cox ( born February 5, 1975) is an American film director.

While still a student at New York University turned Cox 1999 Short Film Atomic Tabasco. For the stripes he received in the same year at the Sundance Film Festival an honorable mention. In the U.S. Student Academy Awards, he was awarded in the category of alternative with the bronze medal.

The short film attracted the interest of producers from Hollywood and Cox got for the movie Highway with a budget of 14 million U.S. dollars. After a few episodes for the TV series Dead Last, he wrote and turned in 2003 together with Captain Mauzner the movie Wonderland.

2005-2009 he was shooting for the Russian pop band tATu seven videos, including the for comeback single All About Us.
