James Lesure

James Lesure ( born September 21, 1970 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor, known primarily for his role in the television series Las Vegas.

Biography

James Lesure was born in 1970 in Los Angeles, where he spent his youth. After high school he served first in the United States Air Force Academy, but then switched to the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. During a semester abroad at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, he played with in the musical Hair and the theater play The Iceland. After his studies he worked for theater productions in the Los Angeles area, including in the role of Macduff in William Shakespeare's Macbeth.

In 1995 he began to play along in film and television. After a few minor roles him with the sitcom For Your Love (1998-2002) made ​​a breakthrough.
