James Spithill
James Spithill ( born June 28, 1979) is an Australian sailor. As helmsman he was three participants in the Louis Vuitton Cup. He is also a match race world champion and won in 2010 with the BMW Oracle Racing crew the 33rd America 's Cup. He is the youngest winner in the history of the America 's Cup. On September 25, 2013, Spithill succeed a second time to win the America 's Cup, even though his team ORACLE TEAM USA was already in arrears with 1:8. This victory is considered one of the greatest comebacks in the history of sailing.
