Jan " in diameter. " Østergaard Jørgensen ( born December 31, 1987 in Aalborg ), not to be confused with his countryman husband Jan Jørgensen is a Danish badminton player.

Career

January Ø. Jørgensen won the 2002 and 2006 two junior titles in his native Denmark. In the latter year he also won already at the Czech International, a year later at the Hungarian International. In 2008 he won the bronze medal at the European Championships and two years later he rose to silver. In the year between the two championships he won at the Swedish International Stockholm and the Bitburger Open.
