Jan Adriaensens

January Cesar Adriaensens ( born June 6, 1932 in Willebroek ) is a former Belgian cyclist.

January Adriaensens was professional racing drivers of 1952 until 1961. His greatest successes came in the Tour de France, where he started eight times. In 1956 he contributed three stages long the yellow jersey and was third overall, ninth in 1957, 1958 and 1959 Fourth seventh in the overall standings. In the 1960 Tour he wore for four days the leader's jersey and was third again. In his last start in 1961 he reached a tenth.

1955 won Adriaensens also the Morocco Tour, 1956, the Four Days of Dunkirk and the 1957 Ticino Tour.

After his retirement from cycling, he opened a successful beer commercial.
