Jan Frans van Dael

Jan van Dael ( pron. dahl ) ( born May 27, 1774 Antwerp, † March 20, 1840 ) was a Dutch painter of flowers and fruit.

Van Dael worked since 1786 in Paris, where overwhelmed him the court of Napoleon Bonaparte to Charles X, with orders, and died on March 20, 1840. Two large pictures of him, the victim of the flora and the tomb of Juliet, are in the Leuchtenberg 's Gallery at St. Petersburg; others are located in Parma, the Lyon Museum, the Louvre, etc.
