January Dalgas Kristiansen (* August 4, 1981 in Ølgod ) is a Danish football player.
Career
Association
Kristiansen, who acts as a two-footed attacking midfielder, comes from the youth of Ølgod IF. In 1996 he moved even as a youth player for Danish first division side Esbjerg fB. In 2001, he debuted in the Danish Superliga and established itself immediately as a regular player. In 2003, he was charged with 18 -goal top scorer in the league.
After 150 missions and 45 goals in Denmark's highest league, he moved before the start of the second half of the 2005/06 season in January for a fee of EUR 200,000 in the German Bundesliga for 1.FC Nürnberg. On 5 February 2006, he made his debut for Hanover 96 By the end of the season he came to another seven missions, where he stood on the last three matchdays in the starting lineup, the penultimate round was his first assist of and at the season finale over the full time played.
In the season 2006/ 07 Kristiansen came on twenty league games, where he was employed six times over the full time, but succeeded no template. The highlight of his career he experienced Nuremberg on 26 May 2007 at the final of the DFB-Pokal 2006/ 07 against VfB Stuttgart, as he with a shot scored the decisive goal for 3-2 in extra time ( 109 minutes ) and thus a match winner and Cup heroes (from commentator Steffen Simon, who commented on the final at ARD, also called " Danish- Frankish Cup hero ") was. It was the only competitive goal, which he scored for Nuremberg.
The 2007/08 season was unfortunate for the club. The Dane came to 19 inserts were four assists and played it nine times over the full time, but the relegation of his club could not prevent. In his first season he came to 32 inserts and scored seven goals, including a hat-trick against Sønderjysk elite sport. A year later he came to six goals in 30 games. Overall, he came up with 14 goals in his time at Brøndby IF. Since the 2013/2014 season he played for Danish club FC Vestsjælland.
National
Kristiansen graduated 24 appearances for the Danish national youth teams ( U21 17, 4 U20, U19 3 ).
On 12 February 2003, he was first employed in a friendly match in Egypt, which was won 4-1 for the Danish national team. In October 2004, he came up with two games in qualifying for the 2006 World Cup, in 2007, he played in the qualifiers for Euro 2008. His most recent commitment to the national team was a friendly against Ireland on August 22, 2007.
