Jan Niklas
January Niklas (actually January Niklas copper Roth; * October 15, 1947 in Munich) is a German actor.
Life
Niklas visited England in a boarding school and then studied acting in London. Then he returned to Germany and spent three years at the Max Reinhardt School of Acting in Berlin.
Niklas, also known as Yan Nicklas came through international historical films to fame. In the American miniseries Peter the Great of 1986, he played under the direction of Marvin J. Chomsky in the title role. He participates regularly in international English-language productions, but also occurs in German television.
Niklas is married and has a son.
