Jan Spoelder

January Spoelder ( born March 14, 1973 in Braunschweig ) is a former, born in Germany of Dutch football goalkeeper and current football coach.

Career

Spoelder emerged from the youth of the Brunswick neighborhood association MTV Hondelage, for whom he played his first games in the men's area. In 1992, he joined the second team of Eintracht Braunschweig. 1995 Spoelder moved on to the first team of Eintracht, where he was behind substitute goalkeeper Mathias Hain. In the following years he remained until 2005 second or third man in goal for the Brunswick, only in the second division season 2002/ 03 he was able to capture a regular place for some games. Overall, he came into the professional football league to 18 operations, including nine in the regional league and nine in the 2nd Bundesliga (the latter all in the season 2002/ 03).

After the end of his playing career Spoelder worked as assistant coach of the reserve team of Eintracht Braunschweig, 2009, he took over the office of the head coach at SV Brunsrode / Flechtorf.
