Jan van Breda Kolff (footballer)

January Gualtherus van Breda Kolff ( born January 18, 1894 in Medan ( Dutch East Indies, today's Indonesia); † February 6, 1976 in West Chatham, Massachusetts, United States) was a Dutch football player.

Between 1911 and 1913, Jan van Breda Kolff played eleven matches for the Dutch national football team, scoring one goal. At the Olympic Games in 1912, with the Dutch team won the bronze medal.

After the end of his career Breda Kolff Jan van worked as a stockbroker in the United States. His son, Butch van Breda Kolff and his grandson of the same JAN successful basketball coach.
