Jane Mouton

Jane Mouton Srygley (* 1930, † December 7, 1987 ) was an American economist.

Together with Robert R. Blake, she developed the so-called Managerial Grid (also: behavior grid), a scientific model that shows the possible combinations of employees and non- task orientation in management.
