Janin Lindenberg

Janin Lindenberg ( born January 20, 1987 in Berlin ) is a German 400-meter runner.

Janin Lindenberg starts for the SC Magdeburg after she was active for the LG Nike Berlin until 2009. The middle distance runner was active until a few years ago also in the long jump, had their former favorite discipline but after two stress fractures in the foot up. In the U20 European Championships in 2005, she won silver in the 4 x 400 - meter relay. At the Junior World Championships a year later, it reached the rank Season Six. After the 400 meters was run in 52.98 s on July 6, 2008 in Nuremberg, she was nominated for the German 4 x 400 - meter relay at the Olympic Games in Beijing. There, however, it was not used.

In 2010 she won the 400m her first national title. In the same year she took second place at the European Championships in Barcelona over the 4 x 400 -meter relay in with Fabienne Kohlmann, Esther Cremer and Claudia Hoffmann. When ISTAF in Berlin, she presented on 22 August 2010, 52.20 s, a new personal best. At the European Indoor Championships 2011, she was fifth in the individual and team competition.

Janin Lindenberg was a trainee at the Federal Police.
