Janine Tischer

Janine Tischer ( born May 19, 1984 in Meiningen ) is a German Bobfahrerin.

Janine Tischer is police champion of the federal police and starts for PSV Meiningen. She is a member of the Federal Police Sports Sciences Bad Endorf. Since 2002, the brakeman of Cathleen Martini and Sandra Kiriasis is active in bobsleigh. Her achievements are the gains of the European Championships in 2005 and 2012, Vice World Cup 2007 and 2008 and the bronze medal at the World Cup 2009. Moreover, they also became Junior World Champion with Cathleen Martini. World Cup victories so far she could celebrate 8 times. At the 2010 Winter Olympics they finished seventh in the 2011/12 season was the first time they celebrate with their pilot Cathleen Martini the overall World Cup victory with Claudia Schramm competition in the two- ranked.
