Japhet Korir

Japhet Korir Kipyegon (* June 30, 1993 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.

In the junior race in the world championships in cross country, he was in 2009 in Amman Fifth and 2010 in Bydgoszcz third parties. He won both times with the Kenyan team gold.

In the junior race of the Cross Country Championships he won Africa 2011 in Cape Town and was second in 2012.

In 2013 he won at the Cross Country Championships in Bydgoszcz in the individual competition and took the team bronze. A month later he won the Würzburg Residenz run.
