Japhet N'Doram

Japhet N'Doram ( born February 27, 1966 in N'Djamena ) is a Chadian former footballer and current coach.

The universally offensive as well as defensive -purpose all-rounder is considered the best Chadian football player of all time. In one in 1998 by the IFFHS, conducted election to determine the African player of the century, he finished with 30 votes 13th place.

During his time at FC Nantes he once won the French league title, was in the French Cup final and reached the semifinals of the Champions League.

Club career

N'Doram began his career in the youth of his home club Tourbillon FC N'Djamena, whose football field he lived only a few 100 meters away. In 1979, he debuted at the age of 14 years in the A- team of the club before he fled before the riots in N'Djamena in 1980 to his sister in the Chadian province. In 1986, he returned to his hometown and played in a row again for his hometown club.
