Jared Jordan
Jared Ahern Jordan ( born October 14, 1984 in Hartford, Connecticut ) is an American professional basketball player.
Jordan began his career as a basketball player at Marist College in Poughkeepsie. There he played until 2007. During the same year he was drafted in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers. In September 2007, he joined the New York Knicks. Two months later, he signed a contract with BC Lietuvos Rytas in Vilnius. For the NBA Summer League 2008 Jordan then moved to the Phoenix Suns, then to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. For the Golden State Warriors Jordan playing in the NBA Summer League in 2009. In the 2009/2010 season, Jordan took over the playmaker position at the Telekom Baskets Bonn in the German Basketball Bundesliga. His contract, however, was not extended for season 2010 /2011. For the season 2010/2011 he signed a contract then in Greece Colossus of Rhodes. After the season 2010/2011 Jordan returned to Germany and signed up again in 2013 at his former club, the Telekom Baskets Bonn. In the summer of 2013 Jordan extended his contract in Bonn in 2015.
On February 27, 2014 Jared Jordan changed during the current season the team Brose Baskets in Bamberg after his current contract was dissolved at Bonn under payment of a transfer fee.
