Jared Sullinger

Jared Sullinger (* March 4, 1992 in Columbus, Ohio ) is an American professional basketball player who is currently with the Boston Celtics in the NBA under contract.

Career

Sullinger was one of the best high school players in the United States in his class, and received for his services the 2010 Naismith Prep Player of the Year Award. In that year he was also selected for the McDonald 's All- American Game in Columbus, where he was named Most Valuable Player of the Ostauswahl, and ran to the Jordan Brand Classic and the Nike Hoop Summit.

Then Sullinger played for the team from Ohio State University, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and was chosen for his accomplishments in the NCAA in 2011 and 2012 respectively in the Consensus All- America First Team. He also reached the Buckeyes 2012, the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament.

Sullinger was traded before the NBA Draft Lottery as a pick. Due to medical concerns related to the capacity of his back, but many teams shied not to pod judge him. He was not selected until 21st place by the Boston Celtics. On November 17, 2012 Sullinger scored his first double-double with a 107:89 victory over the Toronto Raptors with 12 points and 11 rebounds. On January 9 Sullinger presented with 16 rebounds against the Phoenix Suns on a new Karrierebestmarke. On 1 February, it was announced that Sullinger is 2012/13 dispute no longer a game because of back problems in the season.
