Jarud-Banner

The Jarud banner (扎鲁特旗; Pinyin: Zhālǔtè QI) is a banner of the prefecture-level city in southeastern Tongliao of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the northeast of the People 's Republic of China. It has an area of ​​17,193 km ² and has 300,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Lubei (鲁北 镇).
