Jasmin Repeša

Jasmin Repesa ( born June 1, 1961 in Čapljina, Yugoslavia ) is a basketball coach who is responsible for the team Benetton Treviso in January 2010, and was from the beginning of 2006 until the end of 2009 national coach of the Croatian national basketball team.

Repesa is a Bosnian Croat. From his youth and until the end of his active career as an athlete, he was a basketball player of Bosnian-Herzegovinian basketball club Borac Čapljina. As a basketball coach, he had been active in several European countries: Croatia, Turkey, Poland and Italy. His first club team was from 1995 to 1997 Cibona Zagreb. In 1997 he moved to the Turkish Basketball League and became coach of Tofaş Bursa. There he remained active until the year 2000. In 2001 there was a short coach station in the Polish league at Slask Wroclaw, at the same time, he returned shortly afterwards back in the Croatian Basketball League to Cibona Zagreb and stayed there until 2002 club coach. In 2002, he joined the Italian Basketball League and was from 2002 to 2006 Coach of Fortitude Bologna, after which he headed from 2006 to 2008 the team Lottomatica Roma. In addition, in 1995 he was an assistant coach in the Croatian national basketball team. He has the Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Croatian citizenship.
