Musical Career

Jason White came in 1992 Established in 1990, American high school punk rock band Chino Horde. She was one of the bands that helped in Little Rock, let there arise an important punk rock scene. Chino Horde published with other punk rock bands 1992, the compilation Towncraft. The band broke up in 1993.

In 1994 he came to Pinhead Gunpowder. In this founded in 1990, punk rock band also played Aaron Cometbus (drums / text ), Bill Schneider ( bass) and Billie Joe Armstrong (guitar / vocals), who is also the frontman of the 1989 founded internationally known punk rock band Green Day. Jason White is also seen in the Green Day video for the song When I come around, which was coupled out in June 1995 from the album Dookie. Live performances by Pinhead Gunpowder were rather rare, which certainly was the success of Green Day, Billie Joe Armstrong was therefore very limited.

This was one reason for the creation of The Influents as a side project by Jason White and Bill Schneider 1999. Willie Samuels (drums) and Schneider's brother Greg (vocals and guitar) completed the band. Jason and Greg complemented each other from the start as a songwriter and as a singer. On a particular style, the band could not be determined. They played folk rock, power pop, punk rock and indie rock, this made just interesting. In summer 2000 they already recorded their first album Please check that was released in November 2000 ( Adeline Records). The band immediately received good reviews, inter alia, also by Rolling Stone magazine. After the release of the album Bill Schneider left the band, instead of him took over Johnnie Wentz bass. Before The Influents dissolved in 2003, they released their second album yet Some of the Young.

The Network was a new wave band, which employed the same media at its inception in 2003. Were there but a lot of rumors, The Network is a side project of Green Day. In addition to Jason White and Billie Joe Armstrong, Tré Cool and Mike Dirnt would belong to The Network, but they träten under a pseudonym at The Network on. They released their first album Money Money 2020 under the label of Adeline Records, 2004 but again with two bonus track under Reprise Records 2003.

In December 2007, Foxboro Hot Tubs went for the first time on their MySpace page online with three songs. Pretty soon, both within and outside the Green Day Community these links have been handed out as though the band plays rather Garage rock, the style slightly reminiscent of Green Day, which is certainly due to the significant voice of Billie Joe Armstrong. This of course put the presumption close, Foxboro Hot Tubs is another side project of Green Day. Only in April confirmed Green Day this rumor. In addition to Jason White ( lead guitar, vocals) and Jason Freese (keyboards, saxophone ), Michael Pritchard aka Mike Dirnt ( bass, vocals ), Frank Ewin Wright III aka Tré Cool (drums, percussion) and Billie Joe Armstrong aka Reverend Strychnine Twitch (lead vocals). On 8 December 2007, the EP Stop Drop Roll on! freely available on their website for a few days to download. Were released as a single The Pedestrian and Mother Mary. The album Stop Drop and Roll! with thirteen songs was published in May 2008
