Jastrebarsko

Jastrebarsko, or abbreviated also called Jaska ( jastreb in German means hawk ), is a city in the central part of Croatia, part of the Zagreb County. It is located halfway between Zagreb and Karlovac along the A1 motorway. According to the 2011 census counts 15,866 inhabitants Jastrebarsko. In the town there is a castle of the Counts Erdődy. During the Second World War the town was one of the located there from July to November 1942 Children's Concentration Camp KZ Jastrebarsko the territory of fascist Croatia.
