Javier Illana

Javier Illana García ( born September 12, 1985 in Leganés ) is a Spanish diver. It starts in competitions from the 1- m and 3- m board.

Illana took part in Athens and 2008 in Beijing at the 2004 Olympic Games and reached in jumping from the 3 -meter board, respectively the semi-finals. In addition, he has participated in five World Swimming Championships 2003-2011. His biggest success was winning the bronze medal at the European Swimming Championships 2010 in Budapest. At the FINA Diving Grand Prix, he was able to achieve a second place in Madrid in 2010 and 2011 in Montreal.
