Jawhar "Joe" Mnari (Arabic جوهر مناري; born November 8, 1976 in Monastir, also written Jaouhar Mnari ) is a former Tunisian football player.

Career

The career of the 1.84 meter tall and 82 kilogram defensive midfielder started at his hometown club Union Sportive Monastir and led him in 2000 to Tunisian giants Espérance Sportive de Tunis, in which he scored 27 goals in 270 first division and with the Mnari won three championships and participated in the CAF Champions League.

In summer 2005, he joined the Wolfgang Wolf trained Bundesliga 1 FC Nuremberg. After initial difficulties in adapting Mnari played under coach Hans Meyer in the second half of the season regular in the starting XI. The association managed by a strong back round in eighth place.
