Jay Firestone

Jay Firestone ( born October 31, 1956 in a suburb of Toronto, Ontario, Canada ) is a Canadian producer of television series and films.

Life and achievements

Firestone was born in a suburb of Toronto, the third of six children. His Jewish parents called Esther and Paul. He studied commerce and graduated in 1979 from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours ). He married Sherry Barad, who studied at the University of Toronto and worked first as a certified accountant at KPMG. Soon came Firestone to the film industry, where he has worked for over twenty years now.
