Jay Kogen

Jay Kogen ( May 3, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York City ) is an American comedy writer and son of Mad writer Arnie Kogen.

Kogen wrote, among other things, for the television series Tracey Ullman Show, Frasier, Everybody Loves Raymond, George Lopez, Malcolm in the Middle and together with the author Wallace Wolodarsky for the series The Simpsons. He wrote the screenplays for the films A killer Hazzard and Nobody's Perfect.

Kogen is also active as Regieusser and producer, among others, the series Troop - The Monster Hunter.

He currently lives with his wife, Brown Kogen and his son in Los Angeles.
