Jay Rifkin

Jay Rifkin is a film producer and former CEO of Hans Zimmer Film Music on specialized studio Media Ventures.

Early 70s he met the Germans in England and was - like this - fascinated by the local music scene. After common game in different bands finally followed the establishment of his own studio in Brighton. However, while room remained in England ( and with The Buggles Video Killed the Hit the Radio Star landed ) wandered Rifkin few years later to the USA to produce in Miami, New York and Los Angeles and composing. On the occasion of the film Rain Man project, the two were back together, however, and founded after the success of Music ( Academy Award nomination ) and subsequent demand for their services Media Ventures.

2003 filed a complaint against Rifkin room because of " conspiracy to run the business alone ." Rooms founded thereupon the studio Remote Control Productions.
