Jay Rosehill

Jay Rosehill (born 16 July 1985 in Olds, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since April 2013 in the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Jay Rosehill began his career as a hockey player in his hometown at the Olds Grizzlys, for which he was active from 2002 to 2004 in the Alberta Junior Hockey League. During this period, he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in the seventh round in 2003 when a total of 227 players from the Tampa Bay Lightning, for which he, however, never played. Instead, the winger ran on in the 2004/05 season for the team from the University of Minnesota Duluth. From 2005 to 2009, the links contactors for the Springfield Falcons and Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League as well as the Johnstown Chiefs and Mississippi Sea Wolves stood from the ECHL on the ice. Shortly before the end of the season 2008/ 09 he moved to the Toronto Maple Leafs in their AHL farm team Toronto Marlies he finished the season.

For the season 2009/10 Rose Hill was included in the squad of the Toronto Maple Leafs, for whom he made ​​his debut in the National Hockey League on October 1, 2009 at the home game against the Montreal Canadiens.
