Jay Rosen

Jay Rosen ( born May 5, 1956 in Buffalo ) is an American researcher and journalist. He is a professor of journalism at New York University and devoted to what particular with issues of citizen journalism. Rosen writes in The New York Times, Salon.com, Harper 's Magazine and The Nation.

Rosen's Blog Press Think won the 2005 Blog Award from Reporters Without Borders. Since 2009 he runs, together with Dave Winer Rebooting the News podcast that deals with technology and innovation in journalism.
