JDTic is a κ -opioid receptor antagonist that selectively acts against other opioid receptors and is used in science as an experimental drug and ligand. Its long-lasting effect might be due to the c- Jun N -terminal kinase activation. Behavior Pharmacological studies suggest that JDTic acts as an antidepressant, anxiolytic and searches soothing.
