Jean-Claude Bertrand

Jean -Claude Bertrand ( * August 5, 1954 ) is a French badminton player.

Career

Jean -Claude Bertrand was one of the outstanding personalities in the French badminton sport from the late 1970s to the late 1980s. His first national title he won in 1978 in Mixed with Anne Méniane. With it he was able to win five more titles in 1988. In the men's singles at the French Championships, he won the first time 1981. 1983 he won another title in this discipline. 1983 and 1986 he was successful in men's doubles. Two more titles in mixed doubles, he won with Catherine Lechalupé 1982 and 1983.
