Jean-Claude Martinez

Jean -Claude Martinez ( born July 30, 1945 in Sète ) is a professor of constitutional law and author of several books on the financial law. He was vice-president of the French National Front and a member of the European Parliament.

After he had passed his Agrégation in Law and Political Sciences, Martinez went to Morocco. He was from 1976 to 1980 Director of Studies of the School of Administration École nationale d'administration (ENA ) in Rabat. After his return to France he received in 1983 a professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Paris II began in 1985 Martinez, to engage politically for the National Front, was a member of the National Assembly ( 1986-1988 ) for the department of Hérault and 1989 Member of the European Parliament. Furthermore, Martinez from 1992 to 2004 Member of the Regional Council of Languedoc -Roussillon.

Jean -Claude Martinez is the author of several non-fiction books with a focus on fiscal policy.
