Jean Delannoy

Jean Delannoy ( born January 12, 1908 in Noisy- le -Sec, † 18 June 2008 in Guainville ) was a French film director and screenwriter.

Life and work

His parents were from the Haute -Normandie, Delannoy himself was born in the Paris suburb of Noisy- le -Sec and was the descendant of Huguenots, the De la Noye and then Delano were called.
