Jean Landry (physician)

Jean Baptiste Octave Landry de Thézillat ( born October 10, 1826 in Limoges, † October 1865 in Auteuil ) was a French physician.

He described 1859 named after him Landry'sche paralysis, paralysis of the form which begins on the legs, gradually spreading further upstream and either regresses in the corresponding reverse order or a deadly breathing or swallowing lead paralysis.
