Jean-Louis Aubert

Jean -Louis Aubert ( born April 12, 1955 in Nantua, Ain department, France ) is a French singer and composer.

Life

At the beginning of his musical career, he was a member of the group Semolina, where he met Richard Kolinka, who was a drummer there. Daniel Roux played the bass. With the group Semolina Aubert took on a single, which was released in the summer of 1976 at WEA. On the A - side was Et j'y vais déjà heard ( written and sung by Daniel Roux ) and on the B- side of the title Plastic rocker, which was written and sung by Aubert found (it was doing to his singing debut ).

With Richard Kolinka, Corine Marienneau and Louis Bertignac 1976, he founded the group Téléphone. It was founded during a gig because Richard Kolinka had rented a hall for a concert of his group, but the group spontaneously decided not to appear. So then Téléphone played in front of 600 people. Between 1976 and 1986, the Group recorded five studio albums, and has had great success and played among other things, as the opening act for the Rolling Stones.

The separation of Téléphone 1986 was also the birth of Bertignac et les visiteurs and Aubert'n'Ko. Aubert took with his new group on a new album appeared in 1987.

Although Aubert worked generally with the same musicians, they took him in the following exercise as a solo artist. Between 1992 and 2001, he recorded four albums.
