Jean-Louis Fournier

Jean -Louis Fournier ( born December 19, 1938 in Arras ) is a French writer, comedian and director.

Fournier worked at times with his friend Pierre Desproges.

In his well-known book, Où va on, papa? , In 2009 under the title Where are we going, Dad? appeared in German language, he talks about his life with the two mentally and physically disabled sons Mathieu and Thomas and his despair at the lack of communication with these children is possible. The book was a bestseller in France in 2008 and was awarded the Prix Femina. For the Prix Goncourt it was nominated.
