Jean Mantelet

Jean mantelet ( born August 10, 1900 in Paris, † January 19, 1991 in Paris) was a founder of the company Moulinex.

Life

Mantelet invented in 1931 a kitchen appliance, the " Le Moulin Légumes " to mash potatoes. This simple invention, the press Purée ( in Germany also popular as Flotte Lotte, Switzerland Passevite called ), sold only in the 30s, equal to a million times, so he founded his own company. Over the decades, he led that company until he made the line due to a serious illness. Mantelet was married.
