Jeff Batchelor

Jeff Batchelor (born 20 April 1988, in Oakville, Ontario ) is a Canadian snowboarder. It starts in the halfpipe.

In January 2004, Batchelor played his first international race, a FIS race at Craigleith (Ontario). That same season he succeeded podiums in Nor- Am Cup. At the World Cup final in April 2005 Junior Batchelor was in Zermatt in the victory of the Finns Janne Korpi fourth. At the beginning of the next season he made his debut in the World Cup in Whistler. At the end of the 2006/2007 season in him Xingyu (South Korea) scored his first World Cup win, two second places, he managed in the following season, in February 2008, first in Gujō and a week later in Calgary. At the FIS Snowboard World Cup 2009, he became Vice World Champion in the halfpipe.

Batchelor is a member of the Canadian national squad of snowboarders since 2006. He attended Appleby College in Oakville and is currently studying Economics at Queen 's University.
