Jeff Bucknum

Jeff Bucknum ( born July 12, 1966 in Glendale, California) is an American race car driver.

Jeff Buckum is the son of the late 1992 Ronnie Bucknum, who was in the 1960s, the first Honda Racing F1 driver.

Jeff Bucknum tried to follow in the footsteps of his father, when he also strove for a racing career, but it was not very successful until today. In 2005, he competed in four races in the Indy Racing Leaugue with the tenth rank in the race at Infineon Raceway as the best placement. In addition, the Americans also drove some races in the LMP 2 class of the American Le Mans Series

In 2005 he made ​​his debut in the 500 miles of Indianapolis, but could not classify themselves. In 2006, he was already implicated in the second round in an accident and eventually finished the race in 32nd place. With six races in the Indy Racing League in 2006, he was at the start, a placement in the top field he could not update.
