Jeff Gyasi

Jeff Gyasi (born 4 January 1989) is a Nigerian football player.

Career

Jeff Gyasi grew up in the Ruhr area and played in the youth at Rot-Weiss Oberhausen and most recently at the SG Wattenscheid 09 football. His first year he graduated seniors 2008/ 09 in Bochum at the neighborhood club forward Kornharpen in the Westphalia league. But then it came there to insolvency and together with two fellow club he joined the union game in Essen- Schonnebeck. In the 2009/10 season he played in the national league against the second team of red -Weiß Oberhausen. When they had ascended a year later in the sechstklassige Lower Rhine League, they took their former youth player under contract.

Even right after his obligation Gyasi also took part in the pre-season first-team. As on the first team was relegated to the third league of the year, advanced defensive midfielder on in the senior squad for the 2011/12 season. On Matchday he was first off the bench and from the next game he was in the starting lineup.

For the 2012/13 season Gyasi moved to third division rivals Wehen. After a good first season he missed because of hip problems preparing for the new season 2013/14 and came in the following years only in the reserve of the Wiesbaden used. In January 2014, he agreed with the club to a premature termination of the contract and moved to SV Elversberg.
