Jeff Richmond

Jeffrey " Jeff" Wayne Richmond ( born January 7, 1960 in Garrettsville, Portage County, Ohio) is an American composer, actor and television producer. Richmond composed the music for the comedy series 30 Rock, for which he is also active as a producer.

Life

Richmond grew up in Portage County in Ohio and graduated from James A. Garfield High School in Garrettsville. Later he studied at Kent State University, where he also graduated in the late 1980s. During his studies he was involved as a co-author on a variety dortiger musical productions.

He worked at The Second City in Chicago on Child's Play Touring Theatre before he began to compose the music for Saturday Night Live in New York. In 2006 he left the show to become active as a composer and producer for 30 Rock. In the series, he also plays small roles and in 2010 resulted in a series directed.

In 2008 he wrote the music for the film Baby Mama, where his wife Tina Fey alongside Amy Poehler plays the main role.

Since June 3, 2001 Jeff Richmond is the main protagonist and creator of 30 Rock, Tina Fey, married. They met at The Second City know. Their first daughter Alice Zenobia Richmond was born on 12 September 2005 and their second daughter, Penelope Athena Richmond, on August 10, 2011 ..
