Jelena Pandžić
Jelena Pandžić ( born March 17, 1983 in Split) is a Croatian tennis player who lives in the USA.
Career
Jelena Pandžić in Leverkusen went to school and also for the RTHC Bayer Leverkusen ( Regionalliga West ) eligible to play. She had her career break twice for a long time - because of a serious car accident from April 2003 to May 2007 and because of a calf injury from January 2009 to May 2010.
On the WTA tour they managed to qualify for the main draw in the individual only once. At the clay court tournament in Prague (Category: Tier IV ) it failed in 2008 in the first round of the Hungarian Melinda Czink. Her best performance at a Grand Slam tournament, it achieved the same year at the French Open, when she retired as a qualifier after a victory over the Frenchwoman Severine Beltrame in the second round against the seeded Pole Agnieszka Radwańska 14. However Pandžić won eleven titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.
In doubles, she won with changing partners so far five ITF tournaments.
