Jens Bäumer

Jens Bäumer ( born August 9, 1978 in Münster ( Westphalia ) ) is a German football player.

Career

In his youth he played for TuS Hiltrup, TSV Schwaigern and VfR Heilbronn. His professional football career began Bäumer but at Karlsruher SC in the Bundesliga. In 2000 he moved to Borussia Mönchengladbach, where he was under contract for three years. In 2003 he went to Preußen Münster in the Regionalliga Nord. In 2006 he then signed a contract with Rot Weiss Ahlen.

Between 1998 and 1999 he also played six games for the German U -21 national football team.

The midfielder has played eleven games in the Bundesliga (no gate), 79 games in the Bundesliga 2 ( 4 goals) and 160 games in the regional league (13 goals). (As of December 15, 2008 )
