Jens Truckenbrod ( born February 18, 1980 in Singen) is a German football player.

Career

He undertook his first footballing steps at FC Rielasingen; age of 14 he moved to FC Konstanz and was used there in the South Baden A- Youth League. During this time he was also the first time appointed to the DFB -student team; In 1996, he signed a three year contract with the young Borussia Mönchengladbach; In 1997 he participated with the German U-17 national team at the World Cup and became WM- fourth. Although Mönchengladbach then offered him a professional contract, Truckenbrod was not used in the Erstligaelf. Therefore, the midfielder moved in 2001 to Sportfreunde Siegen in the Regionalliga Süd.
