Jeremy Abbott

Jeremy Abbott ( born June 5, 1985 in Aspen, Colorado) is an American figure skater who starts in a single run.

Abbott is the son of Allison Scott and Danny Abbott. He has a sister, Gwen, a female skier. Abbott began at the age of two years with the skating, with four years he took, inspired by Robin Cousins ​​, already participate in competitions.

He coached the club Broadmoor SC in Colorado Springs, but moved in 2009 to coach Yuka Satō to Detroit. Abbott is the winner of the Grand Prix final of the season 2008/2009 and 2009 was the first time U.S. champion. In 2010, he won the U.S. Championship for the second consecutive year, well ahead of the reigning world champion Evan Lysacek.
