Jeremy Leven

Jeremy Leven ( born 1941, in South Bend, Indiana) is an American screenwriter, director, producer and author.

Biography

Jeremy Leven was born in South Bend, Indiana and grew up in Chicago, Illinois, on. Leven studied at Harvard University, Yale University, at the St. John 's College in Annapolis, Maryland, and the University of Connecticut before becoming a psychologist in Northampton. Meanwhile, he founded the satirical magazine The Proposition, which was produced more than ten years. In 1980, Jeremy Leven, his first book - Creator - out which was filmed under the direction of the author in 1985.

In the book written by him film Don Juan DeMarco (1995 ) also directed Leven led. He rejected an offer of around $ 2 million for the script, because he wanted to produce the film itself.
