Jeremy Sinden

Jeremy Sinden ( born June 14, 1950 in London, † 29 May 1996 London ) was a British actor and writer.

Jeremy Sinden was the son of the actor Sir Donald Sinden and his wife Diana Mahoney. He had a younger brother, Marc Sinden, the actor was also. Sinden began his career in the early 1970s. He was guest star in TV series. He later played in theaters. In 1977 he married Delia Lindsay and had two daughters, Harriet and Kezia.

In the same year played Sinden in A New Hope, one of the Gold Squadron pilot named Tiree. Even if the embodied Sinden character dies early in the fight, his name was given attention of Universal authors who want to invent a second Tiree, which is an intelligent agent and enemy of the empire, who survives. He did not return to Star Wars for any role.

During the late 1970s, Sinden has appeared in several films and TV series as a guest star until he had a chance to return to the theater back in the early 1980s. He has starred in films, with TV series and plays like French Without Tears, spin of the wheel, Fairly Secret Army, Lord Peter Wimsey, Fortunes of War, After the War, Ascendancy and Madame Soutsatzka. In the 1990s, Sinden continued his usual guest appearances, small series and films. He was also a prolific author for audio books.

On 29 May 1996 he died in London of lung cancer.
