Jermareo Davidson

Jermareo Davidson (* November 15, 1984 in Atlanta, Georgia ) is an American professional basketball player. After career start in the most highly endowed professional league NBA Davidson put his career, especially in Europe continued and stood in the Basketball Bundesliga 2011/12 the German first division Fraport Skyliners under contract.

Career

Davidson moved in 2003 from Wheeler High School to study at the University of Alabama, where he played for the college team Crimson Tide in the Southeastern Conference of the NCAA Division I. After 15 appearances he got from the Golden State Warriors, who had originally selected him in the Entry Draft, in January 2009 a contract until the end of season and completed for this team for a further 14 appearances in the NBA. But even with the Warriors, he could not recommend it for a longer- term commitment to.

The season 2009/10, graduated from Davidson therefore in Europe and played in Istanbul for Darüssafaka SK Türkiye Ligi Basketbol. However, this team finished the season as the Table and got out of the top domestic league championship again. After a stint in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional summer league in Puerto Rico, with a commitment to the caciques from Humacao, he returned for the season 2010/11 again returned to Europe and played in Russia for Krasnye Krylia from Samara. However, he left this club after a few uses again and returned to the Idaho Stampede in the D- League. However, in that season, he was not given a "call -up " from the NBA and finished the season with the Stampede.

For the Basketball Bundesliga 2011/12 Davidson then received a contract with the German first division Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt am Main. After a weak start to the season in which Davidson was missing because of an injury in the preseason, the Skyliners missed the play-offs at the end of the season for the German championship. After the contract was not renewed, Davidson moved in early December again in 2012 to Turkey, where he played on the south coast of Antalya BSB, however, were only slightly more successful than his first Turkish club Darüssafaka SK. After nearly three months of Antalya was the end of February 2013 still bottom of the table and the contract with Davidson was terminated after eleven missions.
